Hey'all,
On every last Friday of the month at the Valentin Stüberl Neukölln, DJ Boll Wheevil spins a selection of the finest Country, Western Swing, Americana, Bluegrass, Roots and Folk tunes for your listening pleasure. I play tunes from 1927 - 1973 (yep, that's the year Gram died) and from the earliy 90ties -today (with an occasional cut from the time in between).
Until 06 I was a resident DJ at the legendary Tabou Tiki Room Berlin where I hosted the Tabou Tiki Country night twice a month. I'm absolutely thrilled that this little tradition will find a continuance in my favourite Berlin bar. But beware: If you look for Line Dance, Achy Breaky Hearts, Truck Stops and cowboy hats, please look somewhere else. And no, I won't play anything from "Bass Hoss" either.
I'm also available for parties and other occasions where people come together to drink and need some music to go with it.
