Established in 2003 as a ska-punk clubnight, BOMB IBIZA has developed into Manchester's most thriving community for the ska genre.
With the support of local website mancpunkscene.co.uk (RIP) a network of enthusiasts quickly developed, helping to put on some of the best-value and fun independent clubnights in the city.
The summer of 2004 saw the development of Bomb Ibiza Promotions, based around a monthly showcase for UK ska acts: The Manchester Ska Bar. Bomb Ibiza subsequently began to put on heaps of other events, both in our own right but also via co-promotion.
Bomb Ibiza aims primarily to bring together the various strands of the ska scene in Manchester and the UK - to work with local bands, promoters, record labels, venues, record stores and generally anyone who loves music as much as we do!
Bomb Ibiza is a not-for-profit business, and we work hard to pump as much excess cash as we can into the Manchester ska scene by supporting local bands, subsidising gigs to make them cheaper for our punters, with any excess funds being donated to local charities.

EY UP!Were a punk/ska/metal band from york we have completed 1 tour with U.S street punx the POGO,and played up and down the country with bands like,The antinowhere league,random hand,sonic boom 6,contempt,the restarts,blitzkrieg etc and also were second on stage at this years MUTINY festival with stiff little fingers headlining.Its been too long since we were on tour and We have to decided to try and tour the 1st 2 weeks of october,as we are a totaly D.I.Y. band we need all the help we can get to book gigs.All we ask is a small donation to cover fuel expences,a few beers/grub and where possible a floor to crash on.We dont expect to headline any gigs and will quite happily support local bands. We would like to head further north this year and make our way down south and play far and wide,be it pub,venue,squat,house party it dont matter we just wanna play your town!
