Clairaudience formed in a tent near the Vatican City in early 2006. In 2007 they moved to Sydney, NSW, Australia as renegade VC disciples gone bad. They generally eat chips, drink beer and dine on Turkish Pizza - sourced from Saray on Enmore Rd, Newtown. The delivery man is often late, but we don't complain 'cos the pizza is so damn good. Clairaudience is currently recording everything that moves, in an effort to fill as many unreliable external hard drives as possible.
At some point during 2007, Danny will have the enjoyable job of trawling through 200 hours of Clairaudience recordings to pull together the little sonic gems that will make up the debut album, to be released during 2007, through Feral Media.
Our first recording, Camber, was released on the Feral Media sampler available inserted in the Mess+Noise Magazine (Sept/Oct 2006).
Our first album, released as part of Feral Media's POWWOW new music series, is being launched on Thursday September 6 at The Sound Lounge. Details on this page! Please come!
