BoneJelly is guitar driving rock and roll. A 3 piece with passion for their original music and all the covers they play. The guitar player (Shawn Hinton) is one of the best you will ever see. The drummer (Steve Scyrkels) is not only an awesome drummer, but he has some of the best vocals around. The bass player (Terry Dutton) is hot lickin and finger pickin grooving the low end.
The 3 of us have been together since 1992. We have played with several bands in the past, but it always come back to us 3. We have been through thick and thin, and don’t have to worry about the petty shit. Been There Done That!!! We are a unit!
We have played a lot of good gigs and some bad ones. I guess one goes with the other. We have 4 CD’s The Hard Way, Drivin the Bus, BONEJELLY, and our latest Waters of Oblivion. All penned by the members of the band.
We are from central Oklahoma. Born and bread in the Washita river valley. If you have ever been there you know it’s about as red dirt as you could get. Which is why you could say we are red dirt. WOW! Did I say RED DIRT?
