Hey! If you guys ever want to 'vacation' in Doc Ford territory, let me know & we'll get you some gigs & see what true collaboration is. Love your sound...
I just booked gig specifically for YOU!! We will be playing at a place (VeVe) just north of DownTown Dallas on Saturday, the 21st of February, to coincide with your trip to the Metroplex!! Bring Michael and Carolyn and anybody else you can find (John? Loretta? Sandy?)!! I am excited to see you again and am interested in what 25 years will look like on us both! I'm sure it flatters you more than me!
Meanwhile, we are having guitar player issues, but they WILL be resolved by then. We also just added a trumpet player, too, formerly of the Polyphonic Spree!!
We can't wait to see you this Halloween weekend at the South Padre International Music Festival!! The line-up was announced today at www. spimusicfest. com so check it out in the mean time!!
thanks for adding me as one of your friends guys! I used to live on the island,(in 96-97, and in 99-2000). i really miss SPI... i saw you guys play somewhere(can't remember where, too much alcohol!) you are awesome though! i'll be down in January for a month; stay in touch! lol, lisa
