In the sleepy college town of Murfreesboro,TN.... just a half hour south of "Country Music USA".......booboobunny has spent the last decade defending the title of "most offensive band in local music history"(Jim Ridley: Nashville Scene).
Over that time period the band has survived over 20 line-ups, a decade of musical change and a college based music scene that recycles every 2-4 years......sharing the stage with such acts as Vanilla Ice and Mojo Nixon along the way.
Some will attribute the bands longevity to the novelty/comedy of the band's lyrics,but simply put
booboobunny is a rock and roll party band whose tongue in cheek lyrics pay tribute to such past masters as Frank Zappa,Mick Jagger & David Lee Roth.
The band is currently working on its fourth self-produced/self-promoted cd "the fist amendment".
