Chillin' with mah wifey and our friends, riding our motorcycles, watching movies at home or in theaters, dining out, downloading music, skribblin', readin’, wastin’ time on the computer, takin’ pix with my digi-cam, e-mailin', textin', and workin' on my car!!! Pretty much, I like doin' anything that I can just chill and relax doin' and still have fun!!! I also like to indulge in a lil alcohol every once in a while.

I love comedy, action, war, sports-themed, and I'm just getting into scary movies. My favorite movies right now are: Knocked Up, Taladega Nights, 40 Year Old Virgin, Wedding Crashers, Super Troopers, Fast and the Furious 1, 2, and 3 (for a good laugh), The American Pie series, Bad Boys II, and Walk the Line.
Television
I love a good laugh, so The Office, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken are obviously at the top of my list, but I'll pretty much watch anything. I just got into the Heroes series too, so add that to my list. I enjoy the Discovery Channel and TLC, so Man vs. Wild, The Universe series, Dirty Jobs, Ice Road Trucker, and because the wife loves it…Jon and Kate Plus 8. Oh yeah, and the Food network too...hahaha!
Books
I like reading pretty much anything by Tom Clancy because they usually have enough action to keep my interest, but I also like the classics like Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, Robinson Crusoe, Treasure Island, The Count of Monte Cristo. I just never have time to read, but when work slows down I plan on getting the hardback versions of all these and more to just sit down and read!
Heroes
Heroes are overrated. You can hope to be like someone or idolize someone, but then you never end up finding yourself and your own style. If you spend your life looking up to someone else, you really don't live life. It's one thing to have great respect for someone...say, I have great respect for my parents for putting up with me for 18 years and not KILLING ME...But I don't idolize anyone, nor do I wish to be anyone else! I don't care what people think of me, as long as I don't embarrass whomever I'm with if I plan on doing something stupid and off the wall. Heroes and idols aren't for me!

My name is Ryan Seifert. I was born in NorCal and spent my childhood growing up in California and Washington. I graduated from a small high school in western Washington in a class of aroud 50, so…REALLY small high school. Knowing that the college life wasn’t going to work for me, and desiring to leave the small town life, I joined the Air Force. After going to basic training, I started my follow-on technical school across the freeway from basic in the annex to the main base of Lackland.
Shortly after arriving there, I received a call from the Red Cross, one of the worst calls one could receive, the call that my younger brother had passed. This was the most terrible, heart-wrenching news I have ever received to date. I flew home to be with my family during this hard time, to attend his memorial and to be strong for them. I had to be strong for them. His passing was and still remains hard to cope with, for both my family as well as myself I still think of him often and it brings a sadness to my heart mourning what could have been, the “what if”.
I will never stop wondering about what could have happened, what should have happened. I will forever miss you and will never forget you, Scott!
After leaving home once again, I returned to and completed the training in Lackland and moved on to survival training in Pensacola and Fairchild…where I met a very good friend of mine. She is not only one of my closest friends, but she is one of the few people who know so much about me. She helped me through the previously mentioned rough time, keeping my spirits high and showing me how much she cared about me. I can’t see my life without her; her caring and compassion has not gone unappreciated, nor her ability to remember every little bit of information I’ve ever told her, it seems!!!

With survival complete, next stop was Altus, Oklahoma. There isn’t anything remarkable about Altus. It’s a small one-Walmart, 3-bar town with 3 or 4 main streets running through it which at the time didn’t appeal to me as I was trying to escape small towns. Once complete with this phase of training we were issued our first permanent base, and I pulled Grand Forks, ND, the frozen armpit of the Midwest.
After about 6 months in North Dakota, I began to realize why people talked so poorly about it. But I decided to make the most of it and it wasn’t too bad, besides deploying 3 times in my first year there! Luckily the deployment and TDY rate here kept me from getting too sick of the place. Unfortunately, it kept me from having a steady girlfriend too. But it helped me root out the type of girl I wanted in my life. And as luck would have it, after losing a girlfriend on just about every deployment, I returned home and found the love of my life…by pure accident. Well, she’ll claim she found me, but it’s all about perspective…and who you wanna believe!
I was in the dormitory dayroom where because I’m such a lucky guy, was in the middle of a Star Wars Marathon when she walked in. I gotta give her some credit, she stayed quiet and watched with me for almost 10 minutes before she couldn’t take it anymore! Hahaha! She asked if we could watch something else and being in shock that such a beautiful girl was even talking to me, and damning my luck that she’d walked in while I was watching such a nerdy movie, I said “yes.” She came back moments later with “Kung Fu Hustle,” a movie I’d never seen before and was kind of curious about, to see what her tastes were like. I was…well…um…not impressed! The movie was terrible…but the company was well worth the torture! And from there, we started hanging out more and more until it got to the point where we couldn’t play it off as two friends just kickin it together so we started dating. There was a rough patch or two in the beginning, but she quickly realized she made the right decision and we haven’t looked back since! So, in under a year we were married! It wasn’t the most beautiful wedding in the world but I can honestly say that I married the most beautiful bride in the world and it was the best decision of my life!
I cannot express in words my love for this woman…she is the best thing to happen to me and she brings such a joy to my life I cannot explain! Since marrying Sandra, I have never been happier. We live in base housing, which is convenient as our friends live nearby and we hang out with them all the time! “Our friends” were actually Kassandra’s friends from way back when we first met, and friends who took me in. I had a very interesting first talk when they found out San and I were dating…I specifically remember being over at Boey’s house drinking with him and some friends in his garage and they all came and sat down around me and started asking whether I could fight, had I ever been in a fight, and whether I wanted to fight or not! Hahaha! This was the first real experience with these guys and it was their way of showing me where I stood…if I hurt San, they’d be right there to protect her. I could appreciate that and after that night, we were cool. Since ever since, they’ve been there for us. Any time we needed help, food, a dog, or just friends to hang out with, they’ve been there.
We appreciate everything they’ve done for us and everything they’ve been to us. We love you guys! Thanks for being such great friends, family to us!

...the perfect gurrrl. In high school I started skribblin' short lil poems about my perfect girl. I spent hours just picturing her in my head, imagining what she would look like, how her personality would be, what she would say to me, how she would act towards others, her habits, her quirks, but most of all...her smile! I have never met someone so genuine and caring in my life and I doubt I will ever find anyone who could be more. She is the girl I would do anything for and have done so much for so far...because she deserves it. She deserves much more, but I would and will give her everything I have to see her happy. She is soooooo smart, sexy, funny, easy to get along with. I love spending time with her, holding her, just gazing upon her face, smiling because she’s smiling, laughing because she’s laughing! We have known each other for a while now and we have yet to piss each other off either...too much!!! It’s amazing that we still love each other after everything we’ve been through! Hehehe! It's awesome!!! Awesome that we found each other, awesome that we came to love each other, awesome that we are happily married…just awesome!!!

Yeah we still have guam plates on our car... we're actually getting it re-registered. Nah, we don't get hassled by the ND cops for tint... well cause we don't have tint on our car... but nah... no problems here. So you finally got to register it on guam. Did you guys have any problems?!
