My interests are diverse and varied... not really. I like to watch movies, draw, hang out, do whatever, blah, blah, blah. I'm in Graphic Design and am into anything that somewhat is related to the arts, like animated movies/TV shows or going to museums to just making/reading comic books. Any and all.
Music
I like all kinds... except country and western... and most rap. But everything else is fair game.
Movies
Like music, I'm into all types but it all depends on the mood I'm in at the time. But I hate almost all romantic comedies. It's a safe bet that if Hugh Grant or Sandra Bullock or Julia Roberts or Drew Barrymore or any other marginally talented actor who has been pidgeon-holed into playing the same stupid roles over and over again in films that are geared towards only two types of people -- over-weight secretaries sitting in their crappy cubicles dreaming of some day their fat, hairy hedgehog of a husband would one day get off of his fat butt and once again be the knight-in-shining armor she once fell in love with, and teenage girls who have built up in their minds what the perfect man should be and have to find out the hard way that no man in the history of men has ever possessed as much charm and romantic fortitude as the men in theses movies to pull off such feats of true love that are displayed in these cinematic dog leavings, so these girls grow up not knowing what in the hell they want in a man because they have high expectations, but are not willing to make compromises, so they play mind games to try and trick their potential mate into being more like the person they want him to be but in the end the guy just gets fed up and dumps her, and then the girl develops an eating disorder because of all the bony, anorexic women they see getting their guy -- is in the movie, I won't like it.
Television
Reality TV is the creation of Lucifer himself and panders to the lowest common denominator. Cartoons are funny and usually good. Most sit-coms are sucking too much nowadays to even bother with trying to watch since they emphasize the "situation" part more than the "comedy" part. Most dramatic television series have such convoluted plots and overly-complex characters and story arcs that if you miss the first episode, you're boned. So they all resemble soap operas, which hardly count as entertainment at all. But the most recent, and more common, trend has been to take a premise that could barely fill two hours and stetch it with taffy-like tenacity into a potentially multi-season show, thereby pushing its paper-thin premise to the breaking point (read: "Prison Break," "Kidnapped," etc.). Everything else I haven't seen, but am willing to bet that it sucks.
Books
All books pray to the alter that is "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." Most other stuff I read are instruction manuals and "How To" books.
Heroes
All my heroes wear tights and exist only on paper.

About me: My name's Boone... let's see, what else...? Well, I am a Graphic Designer and am living in a Chicago suburb. I am working on many independent projects, one of my finished pet projects being a CD cover for a friend's band, goodnight sunrise. I also drew the robot in the background of their site, so check it out.
I am also writing and drawing a web comic that I hope to get online one day. You can check out my artistic "skillz" at my website found here: http://boone.foxxtrot.net ... I apologize for not having it updated as much as I should, but I am working on other more important projects. Anyway, that's all you're getting for now, but if you want to know more, feel free to message me.
And while I am promoting things, I also like these guys and personally know some of them. Do yourself a favor and check them out. They are, as the kids say, "teh funnay"...
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet anyone who wants to meet me first. I'd also like to meet some people near where I live so I can learn more about this wonderous place! *twinkle* Also, old friends and former classmates so we can catch up on old times. I guess anyone, really. I'm not picky. If you found me, kudos, and make me a friend. You won't regret it.
Top Of The World by the The Carpenters: It works well with the Matrix, fits right in with Rock Is Dead by Marilyn Manson and Clubbed to Death by Rob D the Kurayamino mix. I may just make it Natalie’s theme, that or Dragula by Rob Zombie the Hot Rod Herman remix, either or I’m sure she’ll thank me for it when she gets older, just like how Brian Landy thanked me for making his theme music the Chocobo theme from Final Fantasy 8. I’ve been waiting for someone to the song “You Rascal You” by Louis Armstong in the soundtrack of an action movie.
Fly and I thought it would be a good idea if they played “powerhouse” by Raymond Scott all day none stop over loudspeakers at Ash grove cement plant. It’s seemed to fit the work mood there. It never panned out though, I though Fyl could pull a few stings with his dad.
haha, thats funny man... pretty freakin long podcast! i got that proof thing figured out... i had to call them, and they basically ended up saying i dont need a proof at all... cool! (:
Remember toonami (do I need to ask), started in the mid-late 90s with a line up of some of the greatest action cartoons ever made. Hosted by Moltar then later replaced by some little round Dude that got buffer throughout the years. It had some great promos leading into a show and some funny speeches. I though you might enjoy.
hey you. send me your phone number and mailing address for the 10 year reunion contact sheet, please. also, do you think you may want to help plan it? Chad said you and Alisha were on student council so you may be willing to help. :)
Thank you for that lovely birthday comment, that has to be the most disturbing thing i have seen in a long time so fuck you, fuck you very much! In all seriousness (is that even a word?) thanks for the birthday comment.
So I spent a majority of President's Day watching the Angry Video Game Nerd. The only game review I disagree with is Castlevania 2 Simons Quest, I thought it was a great game.
