About me:
I guess it would be easy to say that I think I'm a simple person, but reality says otherwise... People are often confounded with me, and I'm not sure if it's a problem with me or them. I wouldn't say I'm shy, but I'm not necessarily the most outgoing person you'll meet either. I doubt anyone really truly finds them to be an attractive person and we all have our insecurities, but I think more than anything my insecurities create my shyness... I love women, but a beautiful woman intimidates me considerably more than just about anything else in the world... I either feel like a bumbling idiot talking to them or I feel like they think I'm talking twenty yards above their head. At which point they feel like I'm a smarty-pants know-it-all... I'm a walking encyclopedia of worthless knowledge (or so I've been told)...
I guess people find me enigmatic because I don't fit into any "group". I'm dorky. I love comic books and cartoons. I'm a jock. I play tons of sports regularly and have been referred to as a "sports whore" by some people I know... I'm artistic and am often referred to as an "artist" though I have trouble accepting that label... I love hip hop, but I'm a goofy white kid, and I don't try to be anything other than that... Go figure.
Who I'd like to meet: I think I'm not looking for anyone new right now. I've got good friends and for now that's plenty.
I'm mildly interested in "meeting" or at least re-acquainting with almost anyone I "used to know" that could include people I went to school with, played sports with as a kid, neighbors, etc. Please also note that there's very little likelyhood of me adding you as a friend without talking to you first (unless I know you already from one of the above mentioned places, and that's still not really a guarantee...)
