Young musicians of exquisite talent and competitive flare are welcome to audition for participation in the Borealis Music Society, including in concerts and the recording studio. Collaborations may be temporary or permanent depending on the needs of the performer’s instrument. Announcements for audition calls will be posted here. Highly qualified winners will be eligible for scholarship and will have the opportunity to perform in the BMS concert series and record in the studio under the direction of Daniel Yoo.
In founding the Borealis Music Society, Daniel Yoo has launched a musical expedition that will combine the raw talent of some of the world's most extraordinary young musicians in an intimate and personal chamber setting...using their soaring abilities to paint a vivid and dynamic sonic canvas for today's musically passionate audiences.
The Borealis Music Society is providing today's only uncompromising opportunity for world-class soloists to merge and blend their talents in both live performances and in the recording studio.

HE DREAMED HE WAS WALKING ALONG THE BEACH WITH THE LORD ACROSS THE SKY FLASHED SCENES FROM HIS LIFE FOR EACH SCENE HE NOTICED TWO SETS OF FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND ONE BELONGED TO HIM AND THE OTHER TO THE LORD WHEN THE LAST SCENE OF HIS LIFE FLASHED BEFORE HIM HE LOOKED BACK AT THE FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND HE NOTICED THAT MANY TIMES ALONG THE PATH OF HIS LIFE THERE WAS ONLY ONE SET OF FOOTPRINTS HE ALSO NOTICED THAT IT HAPPENED AT THE VERY LOWEST AND SADDEST TIMES IN HIS LIFE THIS REALLY BOTHERED HIM AND HE QUESTIONED THE LORD ABOUT IT LORD YOU SAID THAT ONCE I DECIDED TO FOLLOW YOU YOU'D WALK WITH ME ALL THE WAY BUT I HAVE NOTICED THAT DURING THE MOST TROUBLESOME TIMES IN MY LIFE THERE IS ONLY ONE SET OF FOOTPRINTS I DONT' UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN I NEEDED YOU MOST YOU WOULD LEAVE ME? THIS MAN WALKS UP TO HER AND SAYS LITTLE GIRL WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS LOOK AROUND YOU THERE ARE SO MANY YOU CAN'T SAVE THEM YOU CAN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE! SHE WAS DISCOURAGED AND LOWERED HER HEAD ..AS THE MAN WALKED AWAY...BUT THEN SHE GRABBED ANOTHER ONE AND HURLED IT INTO THE OCEAN WITH ALL HER MIGHT..AND SAID TO HIM AS HE LOOKED ON...
