Hakkımızda Roisi - IS LOOKING FOR SHOWS IN SEPTEMBER!
"First up on the bill is Roisi, a promising young singer/songwriter from bonny old Glasgow. With a style akin to PJ Harvey but with sound like an acoustic version of Muse, she had glimmers of a darker undertone to her songs. A really powerful voice helped fill up the stage and at times her almost delicate demeanour managed to covey a bundle of emotions to the crowd. Ive always believed that standing on the stage on your lonesome with just a guitar for protection must be the most nerve racking experience, yet despite the odd slip she pulled it off with ease. Miss Yoshi has an honesty about her, (especially about being minging and sweaty on stage), which she conveys in her music, an excellent performance all round. - LiveMusicDircet.co.uk"
My name is Roisi (Pronounced row-shay). I dream about performing but mostly I work for a minimum wage. I work to live and I live to play.
If you like what you hear, dont be shy. I want to hear what you have to say. Add requests, messages, comments, I'll try my best to reply to them all. All I want to do is maybe make you feel that little tingle, and if I get even that then I'm happy.
Canadians seem to like me, Im not sure why, but it makes me want to go to Canada

You have exactly what I want to have. Great videos and recordings and songs. I have finally found a good name for my music stoof but urgh. I have no idea how I'm going to get about starting it all properly.
Help meh? :]
I'm thinking that when my classical music course starts I can use the college's recording stuff. xD Maybe. Hopefully.
And you're residing in Edinburgh right now? As you did a Death cab cover I thought I should tell you they are playing at the corn exchange on November 14th.
Wonderful voice, the almost 'can't be bothered' style really suits your tone, the muse and aventuer.exe is probably the best I’ve heard online cover wise (your version of unintended beats the muse hands down though ).
Hope you are having a good Christmas season. I wanted to let you know that i'm coming to Scotland on Dec. 27th. We play Pitlochry on the 27th, Glasgow on the 28th, and then come back to Inverness, Glenfarg, and Edinburgh in mid-January.
I hope to see you at one of the shows!
Until then.......Happy Trails,
AP
