Damario Russell better known as B.O.S(brother of the struggle) was born on feb 3 1989. I fell in love with hip hop since I was little. but I really got serious with it in middle school. I use to battle people and freestyle. And I started to write songs when I was like 11 years old. But when I was 17 I use to rap about the things that were going on in my life. I was rappin about street shit at first, until I came with GD Musik. When my pops got locked up and my uncles got locked up, and the people that I was hangin around started to get killed and locked up. Then I got locked up. I really realized from the heart, that I did'nt wanna go that route, all over a couple dollaz. I wanted to live a better way of life instead of putting pressure on myself to fail. So I took self responsibility for my own actions and stopped making poor excuses for myself. I stopped smokin, I stopped drinking. I stopped eating beef and pork. stopped drinking soda, I killed the "N" word. I stop callin woman bitches and hoes. I cut people off who had negative energy and who had a negative way of thinking. And I decided to be at one with myself. I decided to keep it real with myself. So I changed my style of rapping witch is known as Growth and development musik. Nothing but positive shit for your ears, for all my brothers and sisters of the struggle. I represent for my generation. Its too many black men in prison. Its too much hate and violence amongst each other. Its not enough love and unity. And most of all, Its not enough self respect out here.
