The band wrote, recorded and produced their first album ('Mind The Gap') which consisted of 10 tracks of various different genres including rock, ballad, indie, funk, pop and Spanish. After gigging and a two week tour of the south on England during the summer (2008) the band decided to bring in a fourth member to make the band sound fuller and give them a lot more flexibility within writing. There is a lot of indie-schmindie bands about but these guys surpass any genre clichés and are purely stunning.

Wicked rock outfit.
Godhead Sunday 15.30 – 16.00
Okay so this review is full of hyperbole but it captures in essence what we were about. For those without ears the music had a punky, rockish, reggae basis ever in search of the groove. It was pretty hard-hitting and not half as noddley as this review makes us sound. The fact that we had a killer rhythm section together with the fact that some of our early gigs required two sets (plus most of us smoked far too much) led to our loose / jammed out feel. This meant that when we headed off to festivals (free, or blagged) playing drawn out sets was easy.

New Groove Formation Sunday 19.00 – 20.00
The band formed in early 2004 when four local musicians got together and starting jamming in sleepy Bedfordshire. Having a mutual respect and desire to play the same sort of music the band quickly started writing material.
Shortly afterwards Didge and MC Dutter were enrolled as percussion and rapper respectively. A few more months on a few more tunes and a horn section was introduced, the band was complete.
Playing music they all love from, dirty funky beats, grooves and breaks to reggae, dub and ska. Every member has brought something different to the band which comes together to give and electrifying performance. The band has a great time together on and off stage and this comes across in the performance.
