   About bosh
Bosh

BOSH - Five gents who make music that not only gets inside your head, but into your heart. Music to rock you, music to move you.

Their influences come from iconic British bands and result in churning Hammond organs, big drum sounds, intense bass grooves, gritty guitars and expansive soundscapes. There's punch, there's power, there's passion, with moments of tenderness and beauty.

After two years honing the songs on the road BOSH went into the studio, emerging six months later to announce the arrival of their flagship album 'Sound the Alarms' due for release in May 2008. Produced by a team which included Grammy nominated engineer/producer Steve Ennever and Paul Burton (Delirious, Elbow, Athlete and Snow Patrol) 'Sound the Alarms' captures the infectious live energy and hook laden songs that have won audiences over and helped BOSH a build a notable following.

Not interested in fitting in with any scenes or following fashions (and all the better for it) BOSH are into making music that moves people. 'Sound the Alarms' is a fantastic offering from a band that stands out amongst some of today's predictable and generic music. BOSH have a natural flare for creative, powerful song writing, backed up by a live performance that is truly captivating. Come on in - you're welcome here.

Truly spiffing to see you boys tonight, even though we had a very, ahem, interesting show. Hope you got home safely. I've been playing the album since I got back. Great stuff, and some very memorable tunes. I also like how bold it is lyrically. The world needs more bands like you.

Anyone up for an interview for The Mag (I would but the address in but you won't let me!!!)

See you soon. If you do that Joiners show I would love to be involved and show you how the songs go when they're done as they should be!

God is going to continue to do more than we could ever ask or imagine...

Hey, Bosh! I just made my first missions video. It's my first humble attempt at Windows Movie Maker, but it turned out fairly well. Take a peek when you get a chance. :) Blessings!

Your Webcast discussions of the songs are interesting. It's neat to learn the background of the songs. Oh, and if I ever meet you all in person, I'll bring some citronella candles. :)

Liking the videos guys, amusing and informative =]
AND. If you have a video done for any of your songs in the near future, do one for Blacklines, and let me direct it! ;) I was listening to it on a walk the other day and had a cool vision. I might remix it when I get back to school too, I could see it working with a clubby kinda sound...but then, it also might sound awful...we'll see!
Oh yeah, and I'm off to try and download Filth In, Filth Out now...i really wanna hear a studio version =D
Looks like the next time I'll be seeing you guys is October, unless you play Haselbury yet again somewhere in the meantime (which would, as always, be truly awesome).
The new album is still on my stereo a lot

Hello Boys
You guys are geniusses! It's been a while since I've visited your page although I heard that things were good re. your album, but I have just been blown away by listening to your new tracks.
"Police Helicopter" is one of the BEST rock songs I have ever heard!!! Coupled with the beautiful "There is".... wow! you've really gone and done it now!
I hope the Lord blesses you real good with loads of big-time appearances, that you obviously deserve.
And your message is uncompromising too, which is so fantastic.
Have a great year!
