Glad to hear the kids are still doing so well, and I wish I could swing by more often. They are truly blessed to have a father that supports them in their dreams.
We were supposed to get $10,000 in down payment assistance, and out of nowhere the bank isn't doing the program anymore. I checked with other banks, and we don't qualify for the assistance with them for some reason. So now we have to somehow come up with a down payment and closing costs. We were supposed to be closing in a week and now it's not happening. Sucks.
Yeah they are. That's why I can't wait to pay off ALL of my credit cards after we close on the house. I got my taxes back last week, but I have to wait until we close to spend bunches of money.
