Here are some press quotes about Boss Caine.
"...Tom Waits singing Ryan Adams if they had both had the good fortune to grow up in Yorkshire...."
Fibbers, Barfly.
"...Dylan-esque angst ridden lyrics...oozing charisma and individuality..played with raw brash style..."
BBC N.Yorks.
Boss Caine are the real deal. They will rip your heart out and toss it back to you many songs later doused in whiskey, soul and more emotions than you know how to handle!"
Northern Music.
"...latest dispatch from the Boss Caine studio sessions has blown my mind, best album Tom Waits, Captain Beefheart, Ry Cooder, The Stones, Gram Parsons & Johnny Cash ever didn't make...a little 'Unplugged'- era Nirvana too...this is a good thing...post punk-post-grunge-country rhythm & blues..... GT Turbo writes better songs with better lyrics than most anybody I know, and sings 'em in a voice that makes Louie Armstrong's sound kinda girly..if you get the chance go see him play. That's all ya need to know."
Paul Fuzz (DJ and music journalist).
" These dark disciples of the damned drag the awestruck audience into their warped world of whisky, women and lost love, with a piece of pure, blues-drenched Americana."
The Talk Magazine.

Hiya What a summer its been!! We’ve been working hard in the studio and are currently recording our first commercial EP 'What Katie Did' which will be released around October time. You can hear a demo version on our MySpace.
We are not planning any live shows until we are ready to promote the EP but you never know we may pop up at a venue near you.
Four more little sonic gems for your August pleasure are now available on the site. Blitzen Trapper, Boulder Acoustic Society, Jay Brannan and The Wiyos. Yet another fine quartet even though we say so ourselves as picked them out.
