The BVA fosters, supports, and educates Boston's vegan community, and advocates veganism as the only consistent way to commit to the belief that it is wrong to cause unnecessary harm to animals.
Visit us at bostonvegan.org to learn more, visit our calendar, to set up your own profile and visit our discussion forums, and to join as a member!
Of course, you can add us as a friend here, but you might want to check out our group at Facebook and follow us at Twitter, too (@bostonvegan), where we're a little more active. Also, let all your Boston area friends know we're here for them!
The BVA's 8-page abolitionist vegan outreach pamphlet is now ready and available for viewing online and sharing. If you would like to receive hard copies of a "generic" version, please get in touch. There is room on the back for you to include your own information in place of the BVA web address and logo pictured on the back cover above.
We're looking for vegans and people going vegan who are interested in a friendly community for socializing, vegan-friendly events, and the opportunity to make the world a better place through abolishing the exploitation of sentient beings.
Really? So u mean it when u say Boston Vegan? It's for Boston vegans! Well thanks, we appreciate it. Abolitionist groups are as allusive as big cats in the jungle. You know which jungle I'm talking about. Ren
Thanks for adding me! I get down to Boston as much as possible, I love it down there. It's so veg friendly... southern NH has little to offer in the way of Vegan accommodations.
I know. I ran in and out. I hadn't had dinner yet so I went over to Betty's Wok ;-) Interestingly, Betty's will be adding several vegan dishes to their menu because of it! cool eh?
