What’s good out there it’s ya boy Moet Maine haling from Flatbush Brooklyn, where your swag is the equivalent to your picture ID. Making music is my passion and I’ve been doing it since I was 14 years old (I’m 24 now). I tried quitting once when my computer crashed and I lost every beat I had. I don’t see myself doing anything else besides making music, so after three days of being pissed off I got back to work on my debut album “Champaign Dreams Caviar Wishes”. I describe my music and subject matter as “Get Fresh Music” in conjunction with “ I’ma say what I want”. Champaign is always a cause for celebration so when my records come on that’s the celebratory mood I want listeners to be in. I would have to say my biggest musical influences growing up were Nas and Jay-z. My favorite Nas quote is “People fear what they don’t understand, hate what they can’t conquer, guess it’s just the theory of man”(Hate me now). My favorite Jay-z quote would have to be “If every nigga in ya clique is rich ya clique is rugged, no one will fall cuz everyone will be each other’s crutches”(Feeling it). I’m an artist who also Produce’s, I hate the term “ Rapper Producer” because from what I know about production Producers are rappers. We write hooks, swing artists punch lines and we consistently come up with song concepts for the to record to.
