Boulder Community Media (BCM) is a non-profit organization with which the City of Boulder has contracted to provide public and educational access television services. In 2007, BCM launched Boulder Valley Educational Television channel 22 (BVET Comcast channel 22).

Boulder Community Media connects Boulder Valley residents by convening an educational community that seeks quality programs, coverage of relevant education and community topics.
