With in one week my life long cousin and guitarist quit the band . He said he didn't like driving home drunk from the Hamilton gigs any more . Mentioned something about having a family to think about now . Then my bass player got cancer of the thigh and had to leave . He's okay now . And THEN my drummer left town to play drums aboard some gay cruise ship in the Caribbean somewhere .
And if that wasn’t a bad enough blow to ones ego , the crack whore that lived above my mom’s place had a real life Backdraft adventure and the ceiling fell on my mom's pull out couch . Spent my 33rd birthday freezing my ass off wrapping boxes , cursing up and down the burnt hotdog smelling hallways . So for now it’s just the Bowman the Broke Ass Rockstar . I ain’t got no band . It’s just me and my acoustic guitar (which I haven’t paid for yet) right now .
