    La situazione del Lazzaretto è veramente nera, in pratica lo sgombero può partire dal primo dicembre in poi. Ecco i motivi dello sgombero:
    "L’area che ospita il Lazzaretto rientra nel progetto di riqualificazione
    urbana della zona Lazzaretto Bertalia, un progetto che prevede la
    costruzione di un nuovo quartiere della superficie di 45 mila mq. La struttura dovrà essere demolita dopo l’alienazione prevista entro il 31 dicembre 2009"
    e dopo una contrattazione durata mesi e mesi col comune:
    "L’assessore, incurante dei bisogni di una realtà che al suo interno
    ospita uno studio di registrazione, tre sale prove musicali, un
    magazzino-laboratorio di scenografia, una sala danza, un piccolo
    auditorium di circa 90 m.q., oltre a due magazzini per attrezzature
    audio, il tutto sempre gratuitamente a disposizione di chiunque svolga
    attività culturale, sociale e politica, ci ha proposto come unica
    possibilità un piccolo spazio inferiore ai 120 m.q. in via San Carlo
    oppure uno spazio nell’estrema periferia bolognese (costosamente
    ristrutturato con obiettivi diversi) che, oltre ad essere inadeguato
    non è raggiungibile con i trasporti pubblici e sarebbe equivalso alla
    morte delle attività di uno dei centri sociali più attivi in città. Le
    numerose alternative proposte dal Lazzaretto, tutto a costo zero per il
    comune, non sono state prese in considerazione con le più svariate
    giustificazioni."
