We talk to two guys living with HIV and find out how they coped with being diagnosed and what helps them in their day to day lives. Plus, Karl Riley investigates the rise of barebacking, while Paul Burston and Ford Hickson debate whether we need harder-hitting HIV prevention campaigns.
