As their website states, Budapestrocknroll is „Your daily source of music madness from Hungary”. With their local and international booking and promotion activities, as well as a local band community specialized in a wide range of styles that spread from indie rock to the extreme, BPRNR is here to offer a different alternative to the Hungarian music business.
Who is Budapestrocknroll?
The staff behind BPRNR has one common goal. All of them being current and ex-musicians, they want to use their skills and experiences they picked up being on the road for hundreds of days in venues across the continent to benefit the Hungarian rock community and to show people that a young, but definitely experienced „bunch of kids” can run a business that shall be considered as the new wind in the Hungarian music life.
Band community
At it’s very begginning a couple years back, BPRNR’s main activity was to build up a community, where bands can work together and help each other out. Most BPRNR bands sing in English and tour across the continent heavily and most of them have releases available in different countries from the United States through Europe to Japan. BPRNR is also proud to have released already two compilations that give listeners a taste of it’s local roster, which basically can be considered as a detailed know-how to Hungarian quality underground. In the future, due to the success of these previous two compilation CDs, BPRNR plans to release a compilation every year. BPRNR Booking & Promotion
During the past three years, BPRNR’s main focus turned on to booking and promoting mainly international acts throughout the venues of Budapest as well as placing these acts on the bigger summer festivals, whereat the BPRNR office has a good contact. BPRNR became one of the most active local promoters of the rock/metal scene in Budapest and has promoted dozens of shows with international headliners. As mentioned earlier, BPRNR’s young booking staff experienced touring abroad themselves and they are bound to break the cliché of Hungarian rock/metal booking and try to bring as many up-to-date acts to Hungary as it is humanly possible.

Helo mindenkinek ,remélem jól vagytok és minden rendben. Benéztünk hozzáyok ,hogy üdvözöljünk egy csapat Igazi ROCKERT. Az utóbbi idöben ki voltunk kapcsolva egy kicsit, de már ujra itt vagyunk.
