| General | Bowling, Ice Skating, Bingo, Allsorts, Nights out, Cinema, Movie night, Drop-in centres, High Tea, LGBT issues, plus a great many more (ask for details) | | Music | We dont realy have a set trend in the music we like, although in general terms the Allsorts night is aimed at playin Dance, Pop, CheesyPop and some Electric. | | Movies | Movie night currently is based on a mass library of LGBT films that we have access to, although as I cannot stress enough we dont have a set trend and will watch what the group wants to watch | | Television | We currently have not officialy discussed any TV, maybe it could be included as a social thing.... although TORCHWOOD did attract people | | Books | We are currently building a Library that we want including into the JB Priestly library on campus, this is more a fictional library but thers no limits to where we can go with this. |

About me:
Hello this is the MySpace page for the University of Bradford LGBT Soc. We primarily are a group of students interested in any of the issues affecting Gay men, lesbian women, bisexuals and Trans gender people living in the UK. Our political aims are soon to be focused on the issues felt with in the university and the local community in an attempt to create a better experiance for all students. Our second aim is to be a support group to help students (not just L G B or T) whether this is help with "Hate Crime" or "Phobes" or to be a pair of ears if you need some one to talk to. As well as the serious side of life we have, or soon will have, a very packed social calandar which will hopefully be aimed, tailored and suited to the members of our Society. We have also been looking into Sexual Health Awareness and Hommophobia issues as a local issue.

I would also like to stress that we do NOT discriminate against any one because of sexuality, we are a group focusing on LGBT issues and we are NOT exclusive.
