In short- I am on a constant search for inspiration and productive creativity. My search for the heart of musical and artistic creation has led me to settle in the south for the majority of my young adult life. Born in Nashville, grew up in Cincinnati, and cut my early chops in Birmingham, gauged the Memphis scene for a minute, and settled in Oxford, MS. I became even more enthralled--not just with specific artists, but more with-- the spirit of the music/ folk art of North MS and how the style is created and celebrated. While I have years of experience with drumming and art, I do feel as if most of my experience up until now has been based on observation and has served as a learning ground for the creations to come.
{In the past two years since graduating from Ole Miss w/ a degree in Fine Art (Graphic Design) I have managed a venue, toured nationally, opened for legends, played the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, recorded w/ various artists, and have resettled in Birmingham to promote my drumming/ creative services out of this area. You can reach me by messaging me here. Peace.}
