Hi, I am a pianist/organist living in Brooklyn. I also like to write and record music. I do a lot of free-lance work including: my trio, accompaniment, my pop band, working with singers and choirs, chart writing, event music, recitals, coaching, private lessons, studio work, playing in several different bands and projects with many great musicians here in NYC... etc... I like long (slow) walks. I am originally from Fulton, NY. Later I went to Indiana University where I studied jazz and classical piano. Please check my website for concert dates and more music.
Check out Little Grey Girlfriend (my band) below.
Thanks so much for the Add–and your friendship. We enjoyed your music very much. Thanks for sharing it with all of us. It's a pleasure having you among our friends! We've added two blogs about Umano, plus four more new compositions, making ten on our page. We hope you and your friends visit us and enjoy our music, too. We wake up every morning and play the music of the new MySpace friends who have arrived at our site during the night. It occurred to us that these friends (you are among them) are almost universally positive, whether they be novices or legends, and without regard to their station in life or the country they occupy. Although it's not an original thought, it also occurred to us that we couldn’t hold a verbal conversation with most of these friends, but we have bridged that gap by expressing our art honestly with each other. We all have been filling the world with our music and art, in the hope that our messages of love and human understanding will have an impact on the world at large. What a gift and what an opportunity we have received from this technology!
hope the tour is going well. Things are good here. I am putting the final finishing touches on our spandex renegade dance outfits. lets unleash the beast when you get back. people will be running through the streets screaming with fear and ecstacy! Im gonna start a trash fire tonight and get some new lyrics flowing!
im keepin it rolling for the time being. Its been a nice 4 months and I am hoping to not loose momentum. I am trying to save $ like crazy right now and try someplace new in a year (ny, l.a., ?)
With the economy being in shambles, its hard to rationalize leaving work behind and starting over in a new market. But I am trying to make moves before i am 30. If you swing through indy or IN at all, let me know and ill try to put something together (gig, recording)
