I had a dream last night that you were playing again in Edmonton and were being promoted by some HUGE promoter. The poster made you look like rave DJs.
You're saskatoon show on my birthday was the best present ever. I'm sorry I couldn't get more people to come. I promoted the show as much as I could on the radio. How did you like my tape?
HEy, Mayor McCheese has an enormous cheeseburger for a head, and sports a top hat, a diplomat's sash, and a pair of pince-nez spectacles. He is portrayed as a giggly, bumbling, somewhat incompetent mayor with a wavering, high-pitched voice that is reminiscent to that of comic actor Ed Wynn.
Are you dudes going to have a new album for me to review when you come to Edmonton in August? Your set was really great at Sled Island and I enjoyed meeting one of you.
That was a great set at Sneaky Dee's for Wavelength. A name-change and move to Montreal, the sonic adventure continues to move forward. Setting in motion a synthesis of swirly post-rock intricacy and atmospheric dream-pop, blossoming with floating vocals and guitar interplay, the avant-garde meets ambience. This is cinematic, trancelike music that continues to touch on the familiar.
