Television
Even though I have my beloved Tivo, there's not much on network TV that interests me. Not a fan of the reality shows but the handful of shows I do like are.... 24, Rescue Me, The Shield, Prison Break, Scrubs, The Simpsons, Southpark and Family Guy. Usually am watching some sort of sporting event or catching a good documentary on the History Channel or Discovery.
The friends and family who have played their part in making me who I am and the men and women of the armed forces for protecting the freedom which allows me to be who I am.
About me: Not much to say, just an easy going guy who is loyal to my family and friends. Don't waste time trying to impress others or worry about what they may think of me - just trying to live my life being the best person I can be and perhaps have a little (ok a lot) of fun along the way. I like to think I'm open-minded and believe in the "live and let live" philosophy. Not a fan of talking about myself, so this isn't that long ... if you have any questions, ask.
Pet peeves: Organized religion and the intolerance it breeds, the cult of personality in our culture (reality tv, celebrity worship, and the belief that everyone is entitled to their "15 minutes" even if it means selling out your dignity on national tv), oh and bandwagon fans.
Who I'd like to meet: Well besides Sarah Silverman and/or Elisha Cuthbert it would have to be this person..."I want to meet a woman that will make me stop and listen to what she has to say.
