A professional producer, recording/mixing engineer, musician and writer since 1991, Brandon Friesen has worked on and produced 100s of albums to date. In 1998 Brandon founded recording studio "Studio 11", he later sold this company in 2005 and built a larger complex known as 441 Studios. He is currently President and co-founder of recording studio/artist development company 441 Studios , of radio promotions company Raceday Promotions, rock label C12 Records, and is also President/founder of leading record label Arbor Records (EMI Music) "recognized as on of Canada most influential labels by Applaud Magazine 2005". Brandon continues to be recognized for both his Producing, Engineering, Mixing and Musicianship skills with a Grammy Nomination, multiple Juno Nominations and Two Juno awards. In 2002 and again in 2006 Brandon was awarded "Engineer of the Year" at the WCMA awards. Winning in a category that included accomplished engineers such as Randy Staub (Metallica/Nickelback). He has worked with many very talented artists from around the world, and also contributes A&R scouting for a number of labels internationally.
In addition to these achievements, Brandon Friesen is currently a chairman on the Juno Awards comittee, and a board member for the Manitoba Audio Recording Industry Association.

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
