And this song desperately needs to be in a zombie movie, you know, a scene where this girl's lover turns into a face eater, and is longingly coming at her and she's crying hysterically because she loves him and all that romantic crap. Art-ness, slumber party, nail painting, putting our hair in curlers, face masks, eating a tub of ben and jerry's, baking cupcakes, buying a ten dollar whore, feeding her GHB and letting her wake up in Josh's shower needs to happen. I thought about the murder, but it sounded like way too much work and far too messy. I think GHB is the way to go man.

A preview of the work along with interview and sound bites is available on the Tate Modern Museum’s website: http://www. tate. org. uk/intermediaart/mark_amerika. shtm Mark Amerika remixes personal narrative, philosophical inquiry, spontaneous theories, and cyberpunk fictions that investigate the emergence of digitally constructed identities, fictional personas, narrative mythologies, and collaborative networks. The story of Immobilité revolves around three pirate personas. Existing, as if in another time, looking back. The work critically reflects on the fluidity of emerging identities in digital culture from both philosophical and literary (fictional) perspectives. Amerika mixes landscape, portraiture, mobile videography, poetic intertitles and subtitles, along with an original 75 minute soundtrack, to create a provocative story about a dreamworld within our own world. Immobilité is the first artwork in Amerika’s Foreign Film Series. Amerika refers to the work as ‘a feature-length foreign film shot entirely on mobile phone.’ Shot in Conrwall in the UK, the work includes an original soundtrack by sound artist Chad Mossholder and introduces Camille Lacadee and Magda Tyzlik-Carver, whose characters go by the name of ‘Etc.’ and ‘…’ (* note on the trailer download, if you get a file without a file extension add .mov to it and it should play fine. )
