Brandon Wardell, The Rooster, Brandon Sean Wardell. Basically, these are the three names that you can search for me under. At the beginning of my career I thought it was a good idea to have all three names as my professional name. After a short time, I discovered that 20 letters on a Marquee was not IMpressive, but was INsane!
Influences
From a very young age, I was inspired by the many great comedians of our time. The first man to inspire me to be an actor was Red Skelton. I saw a Christmas Special of Red on TV as a small boy and decided then and there that I wanted to be a clown! Well, things evolved and with the help of Danny Kaye, Dick Van Dyke, Lucille Ball, and Red Foxx to name a few. I took to comedy because "real life sucks sometimes" and have made it his quest to bring people pain only in their sides and/or faces from laughter. Musically, I was raised in a household where my Dad was a very successful Southern Rock musician. I wanted to be in a band since I was in the womb basically. I was also infulenced by my Grandfather to get out into the world and discover and make things. I essentially grew up around a bunch of creative, talented, wonderful people who showed me that a creative life is a lot of fun and has rewards beyond imagination!
He e-mailed me back today & said he got it and opened it... guess he was just slackin on the response lol.
Sounds like a fun summer... put in a good word with your cousin for me too ;) ya never know haha state is the plan as of right now... kinda wanna stay in the area but we'll see what happens.

anyways, hit me up, lets do something this weekend! D17542764
Speaking of Manteo. I think it was your first summer at the Lost Colony. I took it with a disposable camera many years ago. There was so much stuff and so many people that my tire blew up.
Hm... what specifically are you having trouble with?
I'd say the first two things to check: A) that the file that you are trying to upload is less than 100MB (I do believe that is the web standard these days for video uploads) and B) that your internet connection, especially if wireless, is at its strongest. A lessened connection, if even for a few seconds, can botch things up royally, I've found.
Also, make sure you've compressed your file into a "MySpace acceptable" format, like .mov, .mpeg4, etc.
So, check on those, and let me know either way how things work out. I actually enjoy troubleshooting this kind of stuff.
I've got Lizard Man posted on MySpace now if you'd like to link to it. If not, that's fine too. Just wanted to let you know.
By the way, I FINALLY got ahold of a copy of the soundtrack (let's just say that Time Life had some trouble with my order), and it sounds fantastic. I saw your name in the credits several times, as you mentioned. Way to go!
THE MAD was released on DVD yesterday. Please consider checking it out and if you have a second, visit our updated myspace page for reviews and other announcements!

Thnx for the add. My son and I saw you in Evil Dead twice this past fall and loved it. Will be keeping an eye on what your up to for the next time we're in the city.
haha When do you want to do some crazy film or something? I'm game!
I'm taking a class right now called "Digital Frame and Sequence," which is basically still 35mm photography. As of now, the projects are small, one day things. In April, I'll have my big final narrative project for which I need a couple hundred pictures (and can lay some audio tracks over as well.... opportunity for you to show off that voice of yours). If you're interested, we could collaborate on that.
It's going really well. Very busy at the moment with midterms. Just had a shoot last night with some more fake blood. I guess I do tend to sway toward the gore. But then again, I was the little girl who wanted to see how far Barbie's head would shoot across the room when you dropped her Dreamhouse's elevator on her, so the signs were all there.
Let me know if you're interested in that project (that will have a "starving artist's" budget... aka volunteer). If not, that's fine too. I don't have a set idea yet so I'm open for ideas there as well.
Anyway, good to hear from you! How's it going with you by the way?
Oops! Didn't realize that you weren't going to be Evil Scotty for the final show. Luckily, I got to see you perform two other times in the role. Thanks for the laughs, and best of luck with future endeavors. If possible, keep me posted!
Happy Valentine's Day
Here's a poem for you :)
You have some'a yore teeth, for which I am proud; I hold my head high when we're in a crowd.Cut from the best cloth like a plaid flannel shirt, you spark up my life more than a fresh load of dirt. HA
