Brassco's dream is now reality with his soon to be released album "Its In the Air." Its hip-hop that doesnt rely on gimmicks and formula to get the job done: just a sick beat and and tremendous flow. "Ive always said im not a gangsta or a thug, Im me and my music reflects my soul." Brassco describes the first single, He Got Styes, as being a radio smash. Its catchy, a good club record with great potentia. Another bagin record is Think It Over which is strictly for tha ladies. Brassco is becoming a fixture in the highly competitive Dallas HipHop scene, appearing on compilations creating a buzz with long time friend and producer Russell Lopez and partner in rhyme CleanCut. Lopez and I have been dong this since highschool his production is second nature to my flow, it blends together so easy. Born In Dallas, Tx Brassco lived there till he was 19 when he joined the navy. I think that was a great experince for me mentally and for my majurity. I was only enlisted for a year, but during that time I had a daughter with my ex and now Im a single father raising her on my own. Being around people from all over the globe and them tellin me what they liked and disliked about my music really gave me and edge to stepping up my level of spit.
