Dangerously Undermedicated	Oct 29 2008 12:00 PM I bought my first bike in 31 years yesterday! I haven't been on one in 20 years, but..it's true, you don't forget how to ride! I went to buy a tool set for my son(loves bikes) and took a spin and fell in love! I ordered chrome fenders for it and can't wait to take it for another spin:) It was a great deal and the guy at Dirt Road bikes was super-helpful!

Proposition 6.52	Nov 10 2007 3:08 PM Hey, thanks for posting the bulletin about the bike repair classes. I went and learned many valuable things, enabling me to fix something on my bike immediately afterwards. The instructors were great!

The Scene	Sep 19 2006 7:00 PM The Baton Rouge Police Department will hold a public auction of abandoned and seized bicycles on October 7 at 9 a.m. in the gymnasium at BRPD Headquarters, 704 Mayflower Street. The department expects to auction at least 340 bicycles, 5 go-karts, 17 scooters and 10 lawn mowers. All sales are cash only, no refunds. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes and/or license fees at time of payment and must take possession at the time of the sale. All of the bicycles and other equipment will be available for public inspection Oct. 4-6 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Oct. 7 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
