About me:

The annual Brea 8K will be held Sunday, February 28, 2010, marking the race’s eighteenth year in existence. The race is a community event benefiting the arts and academic programs at Brea Olinda High School and is organized by the Instrumental Music/Color Guard Boosters and Academic Booster Club. The Brea 8K is proud to once again have the Brea Mall as the presenting sponsor of the race.

The eight-kilometer race, certified by USA Track and Field, will start and end at the Brea Mall and take runners on a course of rolling hills and long straights through Brea. At the finish line, registered runners will enjoy Orange County’s best finish line, with food provided by Brea’s finest restaurants.

Registration is now open with fees remaining the same as last year’s race at $25.00 for adults, $15.00 for students 18 & under and $12.00 for kids participating in the Kids’ Fun Run.
