About Breaking Down

For everyone who values honest self-expression, Breaking Down is a musical breath of fresh air; a powerful yet vulnerable dichotomy of rock and soul which compels the listener into catharsis effortlessly and buoys the heavy heart with a stream of musical sympathy. Breaking Down exudes a quality in their music that transcends the catchy hooks and sexy female vocals and positively reeks of the classic. Formed in mid 2002 out of Arizona, the band possesses a defining sound that has brought them to stages around the U.S. and England. Their music has been featured on NBC's The Biggest Loser; they conquered all at Bodog’s Battle of the Bands; they turned heads at the TNT NBA Block Party at US Airways Center. Although, given their magical success, they look to have an impact as a voice of encouragement to a generation whose hope is breaking down.
