BREAKZ R BOSS started in 2005 as Breakz R Boss Radio, an online Radio show on the stickam dial. Started by label mates and brothers Bass Charger and Mr. Bassline Junk-E to promote there sounds to the worldstage online. Then In 2007 Breakz R Boss made its way into the local Calgary scene with a number of bootlegs by Mr.Bassline Junk-E and local gigs and soon Created the Local CD Compilation " Calgary Bass Junkies " In 2008 Bass Charger & Breakz R Boss ran a local residence @ Sals on 17th called " BASS JUNKIES TUESDAYS " and played numerous gigs across the city, opened for such locals as Adrenacrone, DJ Proph, Dj Eleven, J-Byrd, Jon Delerious, Trevor Galore, Dj Murda, Mctwist, Big D, Mark Instinct & Slim Pickins & brought in Ill Gates aka Phat Conductor for his 1st headliner. 2009 was to be no different, with 2 CBJ Compliation volumes in '09 and 4 digital album samplers signed off it to Rapid Fire Records (Can), 2 live features on CJSW 90.9FM there was no stoppin now. A new1nce a month Saturday residence @ Soda Night Gallery was the next step. Breakz R Boss Records is due to be launched in late 2009/early 2010 with a number of releases by local and Canadian Electronic Music superstars. With the growth of Breakz R Boss 2009 also comes new Artist on the Roster. Breakz R Boss is proud to welcome Dreamthief, Dj Somsay to the roster! Expect more from these Breakz R Boss Heads in the near future.
