Brea is a multi-talented singer/songwriter and musician. She is as refreshing as a northern spring wind.....a young Candian artist whose body of work reflects her personal search for meaning. Try to mesh country, pop and a little rock, and you'll have an inkling of this young lady's style. As her music has matured Brea has been able to focus on the things that are most important to her. Brea and her keyboardist Braiden Turner, joined RespectED (a national Canadian Red Cross program) to create the Black and Purple Campaign to Prevent Bullying. The campaign is named after a song on Breanne's CD "No Regrets". They toured across Western Canada in Sept/07 & 2008, performing in schools and delivering their message on behalf of the Red Cross Campaign. Another tour is in the works for Sept. 2009! Four songs on Brea's Album were produced in the UK with world renowned Producer, Stu Epps. Stu is well known for his work with Elton John, Led Zeppelin, Bill Wyman, George Harrison and many more.
Her extraordinary vocals, her passion and her unique writing style put her in a class all her own. In her short career she has gained a loyal following of fans that identify with the things that have become important to her. Busloads of her fans packed the auditorium for her video concert scene, and cheered and sang along to her songs.
As Brea says, ‘My dream is not about the fame and fortune, I think it’s more about doing the thing that I love most in the world …ever since I was a little girl, I was singing…and if I want to sing for the rest of my life, why not make it a career, right? …so that I can do the thing that I love, form my whole entire life…and learn to be good at it everyday”
Brea has dedicated much of her childhood to music and wouldn't change a thing. She has accomplished more than some people only dream of and if you ask her she’ll tell you … it’s been worth every second…I have No Regrets."
Hi Brea, I have decided to get back to basics on my page. I miss my old friends and you have been a friend for a long time and I want to get back to the original Tony's Top Talent artists that inspired me to do this page. Just listened to "If I'm not here" on a friends page then on mine (several times) I think this is one of the great songs of all time, it mellows me and makes me think.
