these stories are all from our friends on myspace. each story was personally sent to me through a comment and they are al mixed in with the hundreds of comments we get. since this site is about lending our support i thought i would make these stories more accessible...
1st of all I would like to thank you for the add on. One of the reasons like your is my mom had breast cancer but she lost the battle in July of 2003 that month was the worst because on July 10 her mom my nana passed away, and on July 24 my mom passed away she fought for 6 years with breast cancer. She has never got to see her youngest grandson he was born in September of 2003. She was a very proud grandma. I wish she was here, but can't be. I started my site because I was hoping that maybe it would make me feel better. Well Thank you again for the add on.
Thank you so much for adding me as a friend. I hope you will come back and visit my page in a few weeks when it is finished. I am currently battling breast cancer and am trying to spend my time helping others as well as myself with spreading awareness.

my mother died of breast cancer 7 years ago,and my grandmother from the other side of the family died also from breast cancer 10 years ago.

My mother was told in March that she had breast cancer. It has changed everything in life. YOu look at life so much differently! My mom is a strong women. This Nov she was giving a clean sweep and goes back in March for another check up. We have decided as a family to help find a cure. Cancer changes you whole outlook in life. So hard to explain unless you are there. My mom is my life! We need to find a cure. My mother is the first in our family. I have a sister, a daughter and two nieces. NOt to mention my mother has 6 sisters. We need a cure! I can't watch anyone else go through what my mother just did. I was by her side for every single treatment and surgery! I will do it again and again if needed. But a CURE IS WHAT WE ALL NEED!

Thanks for the add. I think it is great what you are doing. My grandmother and 6 of my aunts have all passed away from breast cancer. I have six first cousins who are survivors. My sister was diagnosed 9 months ago and I was just diagnosed on Tuesday. Keep up the great work.

Better Treatment = Better Results The Single Dose™ treatment is a technique using Intra Operative Electron beam Radiation Therapy (IOERT) which delivers a single dose (Treatment) of radiation at the time of surgery directly on the tumor bed.
