Breathing Chemistry is an alternative indie rock band from Coral Springs, FL. Original members are Jared Goldberg, David Stephen, Dan Bailey and John Ronzino. The band recorded their debut EP "Eighteen Years and On" in 2003. Two years later the band released their follow-up EP "A Hint of Longing EP" in 2005. The summer of 2005 the band took to the road for an east coast tour, playing in venues such as, The Knitting Factory in NYC. Soon after the tour, guitar player Dan Bailey left the band to start a family, and the remaining three members continued on as a 3-piece. Breathing Chemistry recorded their final EP 'Truth for Art' in the spring of 2010. Looking for a more organic sound, the band headed to Jacksonville Florida to record at Dan Bailey's home. Most of the recording was done in closets and bedrooms. The band decided to release the album for free on the internet as it would never have a physical release. In 2011 Breathing Chemistry decided to part ways to pursue other projects. Jared Goldberg is writing and recording solo material under the moniker Jay Jease. David Stephen is currently touring with Millionyoung.
