A little info about the"Achin' Janes"
The Jane's have gone through several member changes since 2007 .
Now there's just me again . The original "Jane".
I was recently inspired to write more music and am now working on some new recordings.

Influences
There are so many and they are so diverse. I love old country music like Patsy Cline, Dolly, Loretta, Meryl Haggard, Tammy Wynett and George Jones. I grew on country, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Donavan, Gary Numan, Arlo Guthrie, Barbara Streisand Joe Cocker and the list goes on and on. My parents were both young and my Dad loved music of all kinds. He was a fabulous singer riddled with stage fright so as soon as I showed any aptitude toward singing, he dragged me out to sing with local bands.
I have been playing and singing for many years but only recently began performing a solo show since moving to MNPLS about 5 years ago. I originally hale from Eau Claire WI where I attended UWEC, UW Stout in Menomonie and the university in RiverFalls WI.
Hey auntie brenda thanks for the bed lol. I am craving those damn cookies april made. I hope your neck meat feels better soon. Im sorry you were the "chosen one". Your cancer, that is. I am very thankful you pulled thru and are doing good. I dont think you looked bad AT all when I saw you, considering you had cancer and had surgery a few days ago, you look DAMN good. I missd that show you were telling me about. I got amiyas bed set up. She likes it. I just hope she dont fall off the one side lol.... not a far trip to the ground tho. And at least its carpeted. Oh well. Kids got a damn head of steele. Well when your feeling better I hope you can come visit sometime. Unfortunatley we have no elevator and we live on the third floor, lol.
