Saxophonist Brendan Van Epps is a former student of Jerry Santy, and Chris Vadala. He has appeared at several Jazz Festivals including the Syracuse Jazz Fest, the Maryland Jazz Fest and the UDC Jazz festival to name a few. He also has performed with blues standouts Chris Cain and Jimmy Johnson as well as with many of Central New York’s finest musicians including Rick Balestra, Ronnie Leigh, Mark Macri, Bob Acquaviva and Todd Hobin.
Brendan is a versatile woodwind artist and has appeared on numerous recordings and commercial jingles. Brendan is a regular member of the band Spaces, a Central New York based Fusion band.
Aside from his performance schedule, Brendan is a music educator in the Syracuse area, teaching fifth grade musicians in the Westhill Central School District. He is also busy as a guest clinician with many school districts in the area.
Brendan is currently celebrating the release of his first CD entitled “When She Dances”. The CD includes the members of Spaces:

yea and i'm taking family psych this year, so i'm starting to sense that our family will have some issues as well, but i'll keep you updated on those. lol. and i'm so sorry to hear about aunt karen going deaf and blind.
In case anyone from my school contacts you, you are a sixth grade english teacher whose son is mentally challenged and whose wife is both blind and deaf.
Oh and according to Bethlehem School District we still have a mentall retarded cousin named Donald as well.
