The predominantly acoustic effort runs the gamut from the intense, raw “Charge” and the uplifting plea of “What You Feel”, to the quirky, playful “Isabella Bird”…to Joseph’s stark a cappella rendition of the traditional spiritual “On Time God”. Recorded over the course of three days at Old Soul Studio in Catskill, NY, with a live performance setup and first-take vocals – the project used vintage technology throughout.
