I have never strayed too far from the middle Tennessee area that I call home for any length of time. I was born in Manchester, about sixty miles from Nashville, yet I have spent my whole life living in a small, country town just outside Manchester. My Grandfather kept well over one hundred head of cattle that I enjoyed helping him feed for many years. My parents home bordered my Grandfathers place, so I got the privilege of growing up on a farm and running through the hillsides of middle Tennessee all of my childhood days........................................................................................................................................................................................................................
I really took to loving music at a young age, and around the age of ten, I began writing lyrics. I would take a common song and change the words, then sing it to my parents. I quickly began to develop my own original lyrics, and got good at setting them to music. Through my teenage years, I would write songs in class and play them for my friends. Everyone liked the songs, and in my senior year of high school, I received an award for development and composition of music and lyrics. Music was set in my heart as the only thing I wanted to do in life, and my love for music continued to grow........................................................................................................................................................................................................................
A few years after high school, I traveled to and from Nashville often, where I made several recordings of country songs I had written. Several of these songs were included on projects from Americord Records and Hilltop Records in California. Titles such as: He’s Still the Same, Cookies for Santa, Family Tree, and The Eagle’s Fall (Recorded for the relief fund for the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing). These songs did not get the attention of any major labels at the time, but they were seeds sown in a developing career that was destined to be............................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Now, I am recording in Nashville, as well as in my own home studio . I have written two books, ‘Heart of A Believer’, and ‘Demons Among Us’, which ‘Heart of A Believer’ has been published. I have been seen performing on numerous television stations, which included the Chattanooga area’s own, Trinity Broadcasting Network. I have performed at a wide variety of churches across Tennessee and North Alabama, and Texas. I have traveled the United States, singing at hotels, outdoor patios at restaurants, and multiple charity events. Where ever opportunity takes me, God graces me with the ability to share His talents one more time.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................
In the recent 3 years, my wife and I have been in Mexico and the streets of Tennessee serving Christ by feeding the poor and the homeless.
