About me:
Hi I’m Brett Raguse, the Federal Member for Forde in Queensland. My family connections to the Forde electorate date back to the late 1800s.
Born and educated in Queensland, I completed an apprencticeship in Graphic Arts. I then pursued business opportunities including the publication of local and community newspapers.
After attaining a degree and post-graduate degree in education I was led into teaching, lecturing, college and faculty directorships.
I then entered the private sector which led to the private provision of training and educational programs, both nationally and internationally.
Through business and family interests, while raising four children in the district, I have had extensive experience in the local community from executive roles in chambers of commerce to local leadership positions within sporting and community organisations.
If you would like more information on any federal matter, please call me and my team on the following numbers.

Hi Brett! Thanks for the add! Swing by the website and check out what our Trackers have been up to this week.
electionTracker puts young Australians on the media trail with Rudd and Howard during the 2007 election. Find out what really happens when the news cameras stop recording!
With the most important election to be held on Saturday, 24 November as Australians we all need to decide what our future will be. Do we want to live in a country where under John Howard there is the haves and the have nots? We need to have a society where respect and equality is paramount. This is the egalitarian qualities Australia as a young country created.
On Saturday, 24 November vote Labor in the House of Representatives, and equally important vote 1 for Labor above the line on your Senate ballot paper.
Ive just moved into your electorate and would be more than happy to help out with your campaign...even if its just putting a sign up in front of my house!
