About me:
I have an 11-year-old son who stays with me a few nights a week. I enjoy playing poker and watching "Seinfeld" reruns. On the weekends you can probably find me at the Curtain Club or Firewater taking in some local music.
I'm a city boy, originally from northern Virginia, so I'm not much for outdoorsy-type stuff. If that weren't enough to put me in the minority in Texas, I'm also a liberal and an atheist, anti-gun and pro-choice. Good times.
Now, given these attributes, I don't associate solely with the like-minded. If you have anything to contribute beyond taking up space, I'll grant you some leeway on the other stuff. There is a whole bunch more you can learn about me from reading my blog; I really don't hide much, even from strangers. Oh, and most of the time you can't really take me seriously, so if you're easily offended, best move along.
Who I'd like to meet: Oh, you know... whomever. Like I said above, I'd prefer that you have something. If you want to add me as a friend, please send an introduction first -- I put some value in "friend." If you have trouble using "your" and "you're" properly, or your friend selection includes a bunch of shirtless guys, I have a hard time thinking we'll have much to talk about (this goes double triple if you're a guy yourself). If The Beautiful Room is on your friends list, don't even bother.
