About me:
I am just a good ole country boy from Granite Quarry, North Carolina thats about 56 miles north of Charlotte. People say I am the most out going guy they have ever met in there life. What I love to do the most out of anything in this world is to put a smile on someone's face. I am a personal trainer and I am 1 of 9 trainers on the hit Bravo show called Work Out. We are working on season 3 now and it is set to air this April. Working out and getting people healthy is what I live for. I love to throw dinner parties and just hang out with my friends. I love the water be it a lake, river or an ocean I also love it in its frozen state aka snow. I am here to meet new people and to stay in touch with my fans. As many of you may know there have been a lot of things that have happen to me this year. It has been the toughest year of my life. I lost my best friend Doug. Things have also happened on the show I can't talk about. You will just have to wait to see them when it airs. I have found your friends are always there when you need them and I am thankful for each and everyone of you. That is all I can say for now. So just keep your head up and walk tall and know good things are coming.
