About me:
i am a free spirited world travelling lover and healer , dancer, a devoted yogi and liver of this incredible magical life. I love adventure and meeting interesting people. I am a yoga teacher who loves to inspire others to thier fullest potentials. My main and most inspiring teacher to date is the magical katchie ananda, who taught me the art of living yoga and how to connect to peoples hearts and uplift thier minds. Katchie also taught me the practice of devotional chanting and playing the harmonium. I have studied with katchie for the last 5 years. I have also been greatly influenced by the sweet and amazing ladies..indie mari aka jen porter and jayne hillman , both amazing heartfelt teachers with who i completed 3 immersions and a anusara teacher training. I also have the great honor of studying with Anusara founder John Friend, John taught me the art of how to teach effectiveley, I have completed a level 1 anusara teacher training with him. I have also been blessed with studying and teaching yoga with leza lowitz in tokyo japan, Leeza has inspired my teachings with playfullness and a sence of humor, she also taught me the relaxing art of restorative yoga, i completed a teacher training with her in january 2007. Most recently i have begun attending fire ceremony and studying sanskrit at the yoga society of san francisco, founded by shri Brahmanda Saraswati.
I am also deeply inspired by dance, creative movement, music, nature, and life.

I'm home from Mexico now. It was an amazing vacation but now I'm suffering the withdrawal. I need to move to a tropical place, warm near the ocean!!! Are you still visiting me for my Birthday in July? It would be soooo nice. I will help you look for fares.
