Brian Dervish started his music career in 1989, playing in local punk bands in small-town Missouri. He discovered raves in 1994, where he immediately fell in love with DJing and all things electronica. Over the years he has DJed or played a live PA at many parties and nightclubs, playing house, breaks, jungle, trance and techno (mostly in that order). Currently he is juggling a few musical personas, The Dervish for electro and techno, Tekfro for drum and bass and dub step, More personas are bound to surface so stay tuned to this space! In the fall of 2007 TomFoolery, The Dervish, and Andy B started digitally releasing tracks on Beatport under their Record label CatalyticSouls Records. The CatalyticSouls have been known to throw some massive events such as CaveStocks, Cavefests, and Underground Sounds. CS has worked with a number of diverse crews that share the same love and respect for the music that we strive for.
