Not really a movie watcher, but, I love autbiographies and documentaries about people that focus on positive things. Movies I did see recently, LEFT BEHIND, REVELATION, and THE PASSION OF CHRIST. Always watching KUNG-FU MOVIES THOUGH!!

About me: 1971-2006 heard about JESUS, studied HIS LIFE ( in school), and followed what I liked about JESUS ( mostly the good works part!!). Admired JESUS, watched JESUS, but didnt open my heart fully to JESUS CHRIST!!
BUT, 2007 OPENED MY HEART TOWARDS HEAVEN!! 2008 SPREADING THE WORD THAT GOD IS GREAT!!! CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DATE WITH JESUS!! MAY ALL HERE and ALL OVER HAVE A BLESSED LIFE!! STAY HAPPY, POSITIVE, and JOYFUL THROUGH ANYTHING!! PRAY ALOT!! ASK GOD FOR GUIDANCE! FOLLOW THE LIFE OF JESUS!! LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT!! YOU WILL OVERCOME ANYTHING WITH FAITH!!

Here is the trailer with ME, STORM, and POPPING TACO ( who is definitely one of the people on my top 5 list for what they call FUNK STYLES today. LOVE HIS EFFECT in Popping, Waving, Tutting, and other styles in the FUNKSTYLES genre!!). Believe what a man say when he says he has already judged something or done something!! LOL!!

GOD BLESS US ALL!! Though this man; YOUSOUFF is not my teacher (well, yes, by watching. Because I can pick up fast. So, he is my teacher!!), my MOM DEFINITELY is and showed me steps from Senegal, Guinea, and Mali when I was young. Picked up more as I got older from various people and places. YOUSOUFF did a performance at the HOUSE DANCE CONFERENCE that was awe-inspiring. MUCH RESPECTS to our mother land. Place of all origin, music, dance, and song. AMEN!

GOD BLESS US ALL and I pray all are praying and all are well. People around the world and in the U.S. always ask why my classes are hard & why I am always improving. Or why I dont think I that I am good dancer. I only think I am versatile. Well, that's because I have people in each style of dance that I know that I am still trying to get to their level ( in my own way of course!!). Here is 1 REASON; CYNTHIA RHODES in the style of JAZZ. Saw this at the age of 13, and I was never racist ( because I know GOD gives people all kinds of gifts and to some the same gift!!!). BUT, if I was she definitely showed that all colors can dance. Will post other reasons.

GOD BLESS US ALL & I pray all are well. HERE IS ANOTHER REASON in the dance style of TAP: LEON COLLINS ( R.I.P.)!! THE clarity is amazing, & so is the approach. Been learning tap for 25 years now; off & on. Still chasing him & others like: Tip, Tap, Toe, Chuck Green, Busta Brown, Bill " Bojangles" Robinson, Jimmy Slyde, Sammy Davis Jr ( the all around entertainer), John Bubbles, Teddy Hale, & many more..(all R.I.Ps), but still alive in my heart. Many of them I met before they died. Really miss Busta Brown, he had a great energy and great faith!! AMEN!! Big ups to all the young people ( under 50 yrs old); Ted Levy, Jared Grimes, Savion Glover ( never met this amazing young man; only in passing), Jason Samuels, Ayodele, Michela, Andrew Nemr, Michelle Dorrance, Roxanne Butterfly,Domecia ( I know I spelled that wrong. Never met you girl, but heard too much about you!!!), Khalid,Omar, Derek Grant, and so many others; KEEP ON MOVIN NON-STOP!! OHHHHHH ( the Soul to Soul or Mary J. Blige version!! LOL!!).

GOD BLESS US ALL and I pray all are well. PRAISE GOD FOR ALL GIFTS that are used to show the glory that HE has bestowed upon this earth and beyond. WELL!! THIS MAN; MIKAIL BARYSHNIKOV!! I started to learn this dance in 1978; along with Tap and Jazz. Man, this is not the person to see when you are young and want to do BALLET!! WOW!! I was 7 years old looking at the screen, then my MOM saying, " That is BALLET!! ". She looked back confidently and said, " YES, it is!! You like it!!". I definitely looked like Mikey after he got the CHEX cereal and the kids said, " HE LIKES IT!! HEY MIKEYYY!! " ( you have to be from the 70s for that one!! LOL!!). But, man, this guy and so many I have seen from the RUSSIAN BALLET ( that my Mom took me to when I was young), definitely made me think about going deep into BALLET. But always will have respect for it, love it, watch, and remember/practice the techniques I learned from this dance that I studied for 8-10yrs.

This man, showed kept me loving the streets that my older brother introduced me to in 1978 ( dance wise!! I was already dancing at family functions!!Learning!! LOL!!). GENE was raw, spontaneous, fire, and all. Never met him., but when I was young, I could tell he was not " trained " in JAZZ, but I loved the fact he was giving the fire that " trained " dancers wanted. Later of course I learned he learned from the greatest school! SCHOOL OF THE STREETS!! Teachers are everywhere!! LOL!!

When I saw them on SOUL TRAIN!! THAT WAS IT!! Had to meet them. Never got to meet all the originals. But to meet Sam ( the creator) and Poppin Pete ( the Popper)who I first saw in the 70s on TV!! Then later to meet SKEETER RABBIT ( R.I.P. the man with the MASTA PLAN!!), and SUGA POP( the man with alot of knowledge!!), that was enough for me. Would have loved to have met Tickin Will, Creepin Sid, Twisto-flex Don. But, hey, just was too young!! Can't get on those planes like I can now!! LOL!! LATER IN HEAVEN ( GOD WILLING!!!)
