PLEASE NOTE: I am never really on MySpace much anymore. Best bet is to catch up with me at http://www.facebook.com/brianjude if you want more constant interaction. Befriend me here, or leave me a message, and you may not hear back from me for a while.
See that little blue box up there? That's Twitter. It's supposed to be "micro-blogging," but it's more like mass text-messaging. Click the link above to join me in this insanity!

I am an independent film & video producer/director. Check out the live concert & stand-up comedy videos which I produce and direct at Digital Cafe Tour.
I don't know how many times I've heard someone say, "I'm not religious, but I'm spiritual," or "I'm not comfortable with organized religion." Chances are, if you've felt that way, you probably haven't experienced Unitarian Universalism.
This newly-released video tells the story of our faith through powerful imagery and inspirational testimonials. In it, you'll see and hear Unitarian Universalist leaders and members share elements of our history, our theology, what it's like to worship with us, how we educate our children, and more. You'll also learn about our deep commitment to social justice and inclusiveness.
According to Wikipedia, "Unitarian Universalism (UUism) is a theologically liberal religious movement characterized by its support of a "free and responsible search for truth and meaning." This principle permits Unitarian Universalists a wide range of beliefs and practices. Unitarian Universalist congregations and fellowships tend to retain some Christian traditions such as Sunday worship that includes a sermon and singing of hymns, but do not necessarily identify themselves as Christians."
Some of us are Christians, some of us are Jewish, or Buddhists, or Taoists, or Naturalists, or Pagans, or Atheists, or Agnostics, or Humanists, or perhaps not sure how else to identify themselves other than Unitarian Universalists. It doesn't matter what you believe, as long as you believe in the freedom to search for one's own personal definition of truth on all sorts of theological and social issues.
Not to be confused with my affiliation with Unitiarian Universalism, which is my religion, I have been officially ordained as a minister through the Universal Life Church. (Or, as Joey from "Friends" called it, "The Internet Guys.")
I am now authorized to officiate weddings, funerals, blessings, and any other kind of religious ceremony. My next endeavor is to market myself as an officiant of Jedi Weddings, but I will officiate more or less any customized wedding any consenting couple wishes.
If you've ever come into contact with a bi-ped creature anywhere between 3 to 7 feet tall, with a head like a horse, a face like a dog, large, bat-like wings and a long tail, or have seen hoofprints on a snow-topped roof, or have heard something that sounds like a woman's "blood-curdling scream," then I want to hear from you!

*Finally, if you enjoy humorous, tough-skinned political debate, check out Re: Thursday. Note: We're in dire need of right-wing conservative viewpoints here. We had a few, but most of them eventually dropped. Couldn't take the pressure, I guess?) I'm also going to duplicate some of my Re: Thursday posts in my myspace blog.
Please note that if you would like to join any of these groups, I moderate the membership rather strictly. Please make sure you tell me how you came across the group, why you want to join, etc. The Exit 131 groups also have an questionnaire that should be automatically sent to you after you request membership. Please reply to it, or let me know if you do not receive it. Thanks!

Thanks for accepting my invite. I hope you had a great weekend. I'm here to make genuine friendships
and share my unique music project. I greatly (greatly!) appreciate
your opinion. People have mentioned my project to be: "Amy Wine House
and Brazilian Girls go to Cuba in the 1950s as a man" :).. This describes the artistic
concept of the project. Songs are in English, Spanish, & French and/or mix of each. Once
again I would be very thankful to hear your input.
